The new management at The Piedmont, led by Derrick A. Banks, Property Manager, is making a concerted effort to improve responsiveness and outcomes for all residents. The office and maintenance staff are knowledgeable and professional and make every effort to resolve any problems brought to them. I’m very happy to be living here!

Since they have come onboard, I have noticed their attention to detail, and commitment to resolving any issues I may have with my unit. Whether it's Derrick, Franchesca, Shalonda, Tabatha, Meer (sp) or other team members whose names I may know, their level of service is commendable. I appreciate all that you all do.

Just moved in about 4 months ago, the apartments are great. The grounds have been well kept and maintenance is always on top of things and shoutout Francesca she is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The move-in to our apartment went really smooth thanks to the help and guidance of Derrick Banks, Franchesca Venturas and Shalonda. They were very nice, available and quick to respond when we needed to reach them. We really appreciate the ownership that they took and that they continue to take as we move forward. It is reassuring to know that they care about the residents. Thank you Derrick, Francesca and Shalonda - you rock!
